Today we introduce you to our Executive Chef, David.
Please give us an explanation of what you do.
I’m the Executive Chef. I create all food menus in WestWaters Hotel and manage all resources to support the food operations.
What is your favourite item off the menu?
We have a vast offer and there are always seasonal favourites. At the moment, I love the barramundi with oxtail tortelloni, borlotti beans, spinach, and red wine jus.
What is an interesting fact about yourself?
I had a passion for cooking from a very young age and this is why I wanted to become a chef.
Where would be your dream holiday?
Definitely in Bora Bora with daily massages, personalised bar person, and no technology.
Which football team do you follow?
I don’t follow football at all.
