Seared scallops and prawn with marinated grilled asparagus, cherry tomatoes, served on a carrot-ginger puree (DF/GF/ N/F/EF)

MAIN COURSE (Your choice of 1)
Oven cooked lamb rump, served with spiced pumpkin purée,
grilled broccolini with caramelized almond, and orange herb glace (DF/GF/EF)

Chicken ballotine stuffed with bread, chorizo and dried tomatoes, served with home-made herb gnocchi, oven cooked baby carrots, port wine jus and crispy pancetta
