As the world around us and day to day life grows more uncertain concerning COVID-19 (Coronavirus), WestWaters Hotel & Entertainment Complex would like to take this opportunity to assure you, our customers and community, that we are taking this matter extremely seriously. Whilst maintaining our daily cleaning, WestWaters has increased the venues cleaning/sanitation and staff protocols.

Our staff and customers are our priority so, if for any reason you feel unwell, we would ask that you stay at home and adhere to the current advice. Our staff will also undertake these steps to ensure other staff and members of our community remain well.

WestWaters is monitoring this situation daily as per the recommendations of the Australian Government Department of Health (https://www.health.gov.au/news/health-alerts/novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov-health-alert) and the World Health Organisation (https://www.who.int/news-room/statements) and we would ask that you familiarise yourself with their recommendations and latest advice. WestWaters will adhere to all guidelines and recommendations as and when provided by the Australian Government concerning this matter.

As a community, let us support each other, be kind to one another, look out for one another and do what we can to make day to day life a little easier during these times.

At this point, all areas remain open. Our bistro is closed for lunches other than Sundays with dinner available each night. As operational hours change, we will endeavour to update via our website and social media pages. We recommend calling our front office team on (03) 8358 0555 if you have any questions concerning operating hours.
