Seafood & Charcuterie grazing platter to share, oysters, prawns, smoked salmon, cured meats, chargrilled veg, selection of cheese, lavosh & dips.

MAINS

Trio of Meats, honey glazed lamb rump & mint jus, MSA graded eye fillet steak & garlic butter, roast pork loin & apple puree.  Sides to share, roast potatoes, butternut pumpkin, smoked corn cobs, greens & summer caesar salad. 

DESSERT

Dessert Sampler, raspberry mousse, white chocolate tart, lemon meringue tart & caramel chocolate tart.
