Dining
WestWaters Entertainment Complex offers a variety of dining options within the venue. Indoor and outdoor seating is available with separate smoking areas. All our dining areas offer views of Lake Caroline and are the perfect setting to enjoy a light snack, meal or to just have a drink and catch up with family and friends.
Please be advised that WestWaters is fully licenced, and we do not allow BYO of any drinks or food purchased outside of the venue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Bistro
WestWaters Bistro was awarded ‘Best Bistro Metropolitan at the ‘AHA (Vic) 2011 state awards for excellence’ and was a finalist for the ‘2012 National AHA awards’.
Open Hours
Lunch Monday to Sunday 12:00pm – 2:30pm (until December 24)
Dinner Sunday to Friday 6:00pm -9:00pm. Saturday 5:30pm – 9:00pm
Our Bistro offers full table service for meals and drinks.
The WestWaters Bistro caters for the whole family with a children’s play area & kids menu and Seniors Menu. Enjoy a scrumptious meal indoors or out whilst taking in the views of Lake Caroline. Our outdoor areas are heated and we have smoking and non-smoking areas. Group bookings are welcome.

Cafe
Our Cafe offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Opened from 6am Monday – Friday and 7am Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays with the Kitchen closing at 9:30pm and the bar open until late for drinks.
We offer counter service and there’s a selection of freshly made rolls, toasted focaccia, light meals, stone baked pizzas, or enjoy a coffee with one of our delectable sweet treats from our French Patisserie made daily on the premises by our Pastry Chef. Treat yourself to Sweet High Tea or Devonshire Tea any day of the week.
In the evening kick back with a drink including icy cold beers, a selection of wines and tantalising cocktails. On Friday & Saturday listen to live music.
With comfy lounges, gas fireplace and views of Lake Caroline, the WestWaters Café is a popular hangout for all.

Sports Bar
Kitchen open from 12pm – 9:00pm
Playing a round of pool, having a casual drink or watching live coverage of the latest sporting matches from Australia and around the world, you can enjoy a counter style meal or snack. Choose from staple favourites like our famous WestWaters parma, steak sandwich or burger.
